University student Bünyamin D, who let his friend use his IBAN, was sued for the same crime in Balıkesir and İzmir. Although the complainant withdrew his complaint and his grievance was resolved, Bünyamin D. was tried and arrested for organized crime in one of the same two files, while he was acquitted in the other file.
