Heat wave: Météo-France anticipates “peaks of 40ºC” locally at the end of the week

The forecaster cites in particular the Poitou-Charentes, Centre-Val de Loire, Ile-de-France and Rhône Valley regions, in which “it is entirely possible that in a localized manner, we approach or even reach these 40ºC”.
