The beginning of the implementation of the pilot land registration law in Kurdistan

The head of the Department of Engineering and Demarcation of Agricultural Lands of the Land Affairs Administration of Kurdistan Province announced the beginning of the pilot implementation of Note 3, Article 10 of the "Law on the Obligation to Register Real Property Transactions" in the province and said: At this stage, 9 thousand hectares of agricultural land in the province will be covered by the implementation of this law, of which 3 thousand hectares are located in Bijar city.
