Lantratova appealed to the Ministry of Health because of a single mother with a child with cerebral palsy

The Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Yana Lantratova, said that her office appealed to the Minister of Health of Russia, Mikhail Murashko, with a request to help a single mother raising a child with a severe form of cerebral palsy.
