Russian Security Service: Thwarting an attempt to bomb a railway line in Yaroslavl and arresting the perpetrator

The Public Relations Center of the Russian Federal Security Service announced, in a statement on Tuesday, the thwarting of an attempt to bomb a railway line in Yaroslavl and the arrest of the perpetrator, who was working for the Ukrainian intelligence services.
