The Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister announced, on Tuesday, that the head of the Shura Council and the Iranian chief negotiator, Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, will attend the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding to end the war with the United States in Switzerland.
