Tokaido Shinkansen mostly operates as usual, safety confirmed despite power outage in some sections

According to JR Tokai, the Tokaido Shinkansen's safety system was activated due to the shaking from the recent earthquake, causing a power outage in some sections, but since then safety has been confirmed and the train is operating as usual.
