The investigation carried out by the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the allegations of 'fraud' in the car dealership operating on Kadıköy Bağdat Street has been completed. In the indictment, it was claimed that 4 suspects, including car gallery owner Şahin Çolak, defrauded many people with the promise of selling luxury vehicles. It was stated that the total loss of the victims was 141 million 255 thousand 440 lira. While one person was arrested within the scope of the investigation, it was learned that the gallery owner Şahin Çolak was abroad. While up to 87 years of imprisonment was requested for the 3 suspects for the crime of 'Qualified fraud' and 'Lundering of assets', Şerif Yalçın Hünüloğlu was requested for up to 15 years of imprisonment for the crime of 'Qualified fraud'.
