The Constitutional Court adheres to the historical specificity of the notary and rejects the demand to be satisfied with one notary in documentation

The Constitutional Court rejected the appeal submitted by 96 members of the House of Representatives regarding the establishment of the law regulating the profession of notary, requiring the receipt of testimony from two notaries together in the contract council, in contrast to the notary’s demands that contracts be satisfied with notarizing contracts by one notary instead of the applicable system, which requires the presence of two notaries at the same time.
