Number of recommendations by the Fair Trade Commission for “unreasonable demands on small and medium-sized enterprises” is the highest since the Heisei era

Last year, the Fair Trade Commission made 39 legal recommendations for making unreasonable demands on vulnerable small and medium-sized enterprises, the highest number since the Heisei era. The company says this is the result of strict responses to requests such as free long-term storage of molds for car parts.
