Putin extends permission for unfriendly countries to pay for Russian gas in rubles until October 1

Russian President Vladimir Putin issued a decree extending until October 1, 2026, the permission for foreign buyers from unfriendly countries to pay for Russian gas in rubles through Russian credit institutions, and not just through Gazprom Bank.
