Cameras record aggression in Cuiabá condominium A security camera video circulating on social media shows the moment in which retired civil police officer, Luciano Testa, aged 56, attacks a couple, aged 62 and 59, respectively, in the elevator of a condominium in the Cidade Alta neighborhood, in Cuiabá, last Thursday (11). g1 tries to locate Luciano's defense. In a statement, the Civil Police reported that the suspect is no longer part of the institution's permanent staff. In the images, it is possible to see the moment in which a resident argues with Luciano and is then hit by several punches. The woman tries to restrain the attacker, but is pushed.
