“There is a manifest and repeated imbalance”: Arcom puts CNews on notice to comply with its obligations of pluralism of opinions

This is the first decision rendered by the regulator since that of the Council of State of February 13, 2024, requesting reinforced control of channel pluralism. Arcom will extend its monitoring to the four news channels at the start of the school year.
