A man was found dead this Sunday (14) on the Presidente Dutra Highway, in Lorena (SP). The Civil Police are investigating the possibility of being run over, but, so far, there is no information about the vehicle involved in the case.
According to the incident report, federal highway police officers were called after the concessionaire responsible for the road reported the presence of a body on the road, near km 51 of Dutra.
At the scene, agents found that the victim was not carrying documents, which made identification impossible. There were also no witnesses or information about the vehicle that hit the man.

According to the Civil Police, the dynamics found at the scene are compatible with a collision that occurred before the arrival of the response teams. However, the hypothesis remains to be investigated.

The case was registered as a suspicious death and finding of a body in the 1st Police District of Lorena. The Civil Police investigate the circumstances of the incident, work to identify the victim and try to locate the vehicle involved.
