Toninhas Beach in Ubatuba Ubatuba City Hall/Disclosure The body of a man was found in the sea at Praia das Toninhas, in Ubatuba, in the early afternoon of this Sunday (14). The case was registered by the Civil Police as a suspicious death. According to information in the incident report, the body was located by a boatman, who carried out the rescue and took the victim to the sand, where Fire Department teams were called. However, official identification still depends on expert confirmation from the Legal Medical Institute. Following preliminary recognition, the Civil Police are investigating whether the body found is that of Thor Gaeta Ribeiro, 22 years old, resident of Piracicaba (SP), who had been missing since last week.
