Soldiers of the reconnaissance and assault battalion of the 4th brigade told RT military correspondent Ivan Polyansky how they stormed Konstantinovka. Before entering the city, the Russian Armed Forces carried out a serious preparatory operation: scouts entered from different sides, identified the firing points of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and determined the enemy’s weak points. After reconnaissance, attack aircraft entered the city in small groups. Having liberated the eastern part of Konstantinovka, assault units continue to clean up: block by block, the city gradually comes under Russian control, which opens the way towards the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk-Druzhkovka agglomeration.
