The head of the Network Management Center of the Ministry of Health stated that according to the evaluations, a significant share of health costs are still paid by the people, and said: expert surveys show that the largest share of direct payments by the people in the health system is allocated to pharmaceutical costs and diagnostic and paraclinical services.
