Media: Washington pledges to suspend sanctions imposed on Iranian oil exports

The Iranian Mehr Agency quoted a draft memorandum of understanding between the two countries, stating that the United States pledged to suspend sanctions imposed on Iranian oil and petroleum product exports, not to impose new sanctions against Tehran, and not to mobilize its military forces in the Middle East.
