Russian and Ukrainian leaders hold telephone conversation with President Trump

Russian President Putin talked with American President Trump by phone, congratulated President Trump on his birthday, and expressed the view that ``even if we attack civilian infrastructure, Ukraine's inferiority on the battlefield will not change'' regarding Ukraine's attacks on Russia.
