The town of Bellevue, north of Geneva, has resurrected the spirit of the pavilion built in 1875 by Julie de Rothschild. The Auberge Port-Gitana welcomes both passing guests who stay in one of the 18 rooms to explore the surrounding area and local residents who come to dine while enjoying the view of the lake.
