The judge also suspended the man's driving privileges for six months. Furthermore, he is prohibited from going to bars, restaurants and places where alcohol is consumed. The driver must present proof of updated address to the Court within five days. He must also appear in court monthly to inform and justify his activities. If you fail to comply with any of the conditions, provisional release may be revoked and preventive detention ordered.
