A Queen, a Guillotine, and a Postbox: Marie Antoinette still receives letters until yours

To celebrate the last queen of France this year, the Palace of Fontainebleau has so far received 4,000 letters as part of the “Write to Marie Antoinette” initiative, confirming that she is an immortal icon that is firmly established in our collective imagination even after nearly 240 years.
