TOKİ is putting up for sale 20 thousand houses that are completed or about to be completed. Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye who are over 18 years of age and who do not have a residence registered to themselves or their spouses will be able to benefit from the campaign. There will be no residence, marriage or residence requirements. Sales will be made based on application priority rather than lottery.
