TASS: NATO reconnaissance aircraft circles over the Baltic countries

A NATO reconnaissance aircraft Bombardier Challenger 650 Artemis II was spotted in the skies over the Baltic countries, but the aircraft did not approach the borders of Russia and Belarus.
