Dr. Yaman Akdeniz won his legal battle against the Information Technologies and Communications Authority (BTK) regarding the "Band Restriction" decision applied to social media platforms following the attack on TAI in October 2024. Ankara Regional Administrative Court unanimously rejected BTK's request for appeal and finalized the decision.
