Military personnel, veterans, Chernobyl survivors, cosmonauts: the State Duma told who is entitled to two pensions at once

In Russia, two pensions can be assigned at once if there are certain grounds, said State Duma deputy Alexei Govyrin. This applies to military personnel, veterans, Chernobyl victims and astronauts who have several grounds for receiving payments - for example, old age, disability or loss of a breadwinner. In particular, the right to assign such pensions may include injuries received during participation in hostilities, as well as length of service.
