13-year-old boy from Sarıyer toured Istanbul with the minibus he stole

F.H. in Sarıyer (13) his friend H.A. He started the closed box minibus, which he and (16) entered from the trunk, by inserting scissors into the ignition. The two children then drove to Arnavutköy, approximately 42 kilometers away.
