After this, went to Pune on 11th June, Lucknow on 12th June and Amritsar on 13th June. The demonstration will be held again on June 20 at Jantar Mantar in Delhi.
CJP was formed after CJI's comment, youth were called cockroaches. Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) started after a comment by Chief Justice Surya Kant. During the hearing of a case on May 15, he had said that some unemployed youth are like cockroaches, who later attack the system by becoming media, social media or RTI activists. The day after this comment, on May 16, America-based Abhijit Deepke launched CJP and created party accounts on social media. On 22 May, he started an online petition demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, which claimed to have the support of over 8 lakh people. In just 26 days of becoming CJP, his followers on Instagram have reached 2.27 crores. This number is more than BJP's 94 lakh followers and Congress's 1.37 crore followers.
