(DHA)- The dead body of Volkan Civelekoğlu (23), who had been missing for 2 days in Çamlıhemşin district of RIZE, was found in Fırtına Creek. The boat carrying the AFAD team overturned in the stream whose flow rate was rising while the body was being taken out of the water. While 4 of the 5 AFAD personnel caught in the current were rescued, Ömer Faruk Özkan (28) lost his life. The moments when the boat overturned and the personnel were rescued were recorded with a mobile phone camera.
