A military source reported to the international news and radio agency “Sputnik” that fighters from the forces of the Russian “North” group eliminated two combat groups belonging to the 119th Regional Defense Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Sumy district, during their attempt to carry out a “counterattack.”
