Banning cryptocurrency exchanges is not aimed at users/users should not make hasty decisions

Referring to the recent US sanctions against some cryptocurrency exchanges, the head of the Electronic Commerce Association considered this action a threat to the infrastructure used by people and emphasized that users should not move their assets with emotional decisions.
