Fugitives from Justice are arrested when trying to enter June parties in Bahia Disclosure/Ascom SSP Two men on the run from justice were arrested after passing through the facial recognition system of the Bahia Public Security Secretariat (SSP-BA). The captures occurred on Friday (12), when the men tried to enter June parties. The first to be captured intended to enter the "Arraiá do Licuri", in Serrolândia, a city in northern Bahia. He was a fugitive from the state of São Paulo, subject of an arrest warrant for murder. According to the Bahia Public Security Secretariat (SSP-BA), the man was taken to Polinter, where the warrant was executed. The man was the subject of an open warrant for child support. He was arrested after Military Police teams were alerted by SSP-BA smart cameras. The objective is to guarantee the safety of Bahians and tourists during the June festivities.
