At that moment, according to the police report, an argument began with the oncologist. The victim stated that the professional raised his voice and called the security team. The man reported that, afterwards, two security guards physically attacked him. According to the statement, the security guards had used the victim's own umbrella to attack her, in addition to pushing her against a wall. According to the report, one of the security guards tried to pull out a firearm during the disturbance. The elderly man also stated that his glasses and cell phone were damaged during the confusion. The case was registered as bodily injury at the São José do Rio Preto Flagrant Center.
