Shortly after the successful rescue, the Civil Defense contacted the Environmental Military Police, who took over the case to implement fauna preservation guidelines. "The capture was done with a bow resembling a sieve that I made with a screen, so as not to hurt the animal. I have already caught several with the same capture system. You have to be quick and not let the animal use its claws, which are a danger. But, if you are quick and respecting the animal with a technique, it is possible to capture it and return it to the forest environment", said Paulo.
