A former CIA analyst in an interview with RT called US funding of biological laboratories in Ukraine an “offensive operation.” Larry Johnson emphasized that laboratories for the development of biological weapons were created precisely at the initiative of the United States and the main focus of these programs was on Russia. Such research should have no place at all, since it plays no role in the country's defense, Johnson added.
