From Muharram to July 4; Why is Ali Khamenei's funeral plan announced now?

After more than 100 days have passed since Ali Khamenei was killed in the US and Israeli attack on his office, the office of preserving and publishing the works of the former leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran has finally announced the time of his "farewell, funeral and burial" ceremony from July 13 to 18 in Tehran, Qom and Mashhad.
