Ceminha Winter 2026 opens registrations this June Disclosure/ Cemafauna Univasf The Univasf Center for Conservation and Management of Caatinga Fauna (Cemafauna) opens registrations for the 13th edition of the Ceminha Winter 2026 Holiday Camp from Monday (15). The project offers scientific and fun activities for children aged 6 to 12. Registration, worth R$ 330, can be made from June 15th to 22nd, exclusively via the link. The objective is to bring children closer to science and the preservation of the Caatinga. The program includes activities such as bird watching, wild animal management, study of insects, fish, fossils, reptiles, amphibians, and ecological interactions between fauna and flora. The activities will be carried out from the 6th to the 31st of July, led by experts and will take place at the Cemafauna facilities, at the Univasf Agricultural Sciences Campus, in Petrolina. Class dates and times: 1st class (Children aged 10 to 12): 6th to 10th July 2026, from 7:30am to 12pm; 2nd class (Children aged 6 to 9): 13th to 17th July 2026, from 7:30am to 12pm; 3rd class (Children aged 10 to 12): 20 to 24 July 2026, from 7:30 am to 12 pm; 4th class (Children aged 6 to 9): 27th to 31st July 2026, from 7:30am to 12pm.
