Governor of Qazvin: It is forbidden to entrust scientific projects to non-native universities

The governor of Qazvin, in a joint meeting with the presidents of universities and higher education institutions of the province, emphasized the necessity of maximum use of local capacities, and found it unacceptable to outsource the research projects of the province to scientific centers outside of Qazvin.
