Explosion in Amsterdam: Police examine evidence of explosives being manufactured in an apartment block

Seven injured, a partially collapsed part of the building and hundreds of evacuees: In Amsterdam there are increasing indications that explosive devices could have been manufactured in an apartment block - apparently for a planned attack in Germany.
