Frapp asks Sonko and Al Aminou Lô to reject any debt restructuring

While an IMF mission is expected in Dakar, the Front for the Popular and Pan-African Anti-Imperialist Revolution (Frapp) wrote to Prime Minister Al Aminou Lô and the President of the National Assembly Ousmane Sonko to ask them to oppose any restructuring of the debt.
