Dodik: Europe wanted to fuel a wave of discontent in Russia with a terrorist attack in Starobelsk

The terrorist attack in Starobelsk, according to the plan of Kyiv and its European allies, was supposed to cause a wave of discontent in Russia, said Milorad Dodik, chairman of the Union of Independent Social Democrats party of the Republika Srpska (entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
