Changes to traffic on avenues T-10 and T-55 begin this Saturday The Municipal Department of Traffic Engineering (SET) announced this Friday (12) what the route of avenues T-10 and T-55 is like, in Setor Bueno, in Goiânia. Avenida T-10 now operates in one direction. According to SET, T-55 runs in the direction of Avenida 85 towards Avenida T-3. The change comes into effect on Saturday (13). According to the secretariat, among the improvements implemented is the free right turn for those traveling along Avenida T-3 and accessing Avenida T-10. Furthermore, all pedestrian crossings at the T-55, T-10 and T-3 intersections were revitalized. The secretariat also inserted a pedestrian protection island on Avenida T-10, close to the free right turn point. ✅ Click and follow the g1 GO channel on WhatsApp Pedestrians will be able to cross one stage of the avenue, wait on the island and then complete the crossing when they can, the secretariat said. In some places, the city hall placed posters explaining how the roads work. Drivers interested in accessing T-30 should drive on the right side, and those following T-55, towards T-3, should go on the left side (see map below). From Saturday (13), stopping and parking is prohibited along the entire length of the T-55. Check out the parking rules, according to SET: Avenida T-55: stopping and parking prohibited along the entire length of the road; Avenida T-30: stopping and parking is prohibited on the right side of the road; Avenida T-3 (between T-55 and T-10): stopping and parking is prohibited on the left side of the road; Avenida T-10: stopping and parking is prohibited only in the first block, between T-3 and T-2. From T-2 onwards, parking will be permitted on both sides of the road. SET implemented some stopping and parking restrictions in the T-10 and T-55 region, in Goiânia Disclosure/City Hall of Goiânia Synchronized traffic lights The two corridors will feature traffic light synchronization known as “Green Wave”, allowing drivers to encounter a greater sequence of open signals while maintaining the road speed.
