Due to the intensity and frequency of the crises, the medical team accompanying the former president had to administer extra doses of medication, reaching the "therapeutic safety limit".
Bolsonaro is currently serving his sentence under humanitarian house arrest, a measure authorized by the STF due to his health condition, which includes recovery from aspiration bronchopneumonia and monitoring chronic issues.
Recently, the former president also underwent surgery on his right shoulder.

According to the medical report, the persistence of hiccups requires new procedures to be carried out to adjust the therapeutic approach.
The former president must also be sent to undergo the following examinations:
upper digestive endoscopy;
high-resolution esophageal manometry;
Gastric pH monitoring.
The objective of these evaluations is to investigate the function of the lower esophageal sphincter and analyze the presence of chronic esophagitis, factors that may be related to the recurrence of hiccups.
General condition
In the bulletin sent to the Court, doctors detail that, from a cardiological point of view, the former president remains stable, with his blood pressure under control.
However, he continues to complain of tiredness and fatigue when performing medium efforts, in addition to fluctuations in body balance.
Bolsonaro's house arrest is monitored and is part of the execution of the sentence he was sentenced to by the STF.
