"In view of the signs of altered psychomotor capacity, the damage caused to public property and the refusal to take the exam, the driver was arrested and taken to the Maringá Civil Police Station," PRE reported. According to the corporation, the driver will also face an infraction notice for refusing to take a breathalyzer test. His car was seized and removed to the Floresta Bus Station yard, which is in the same region.
