National Newspaper/ Reproduction The Federal Supreme Court (STF) formed a majority vote, this Friday (12), to maintain the decision that invalidated the rule of the Regional Electoral Court of Roraima (TRE-RR) that allowed candidates to leave public positions up to 24 hours after the party conventions to contest the supplementary election to the state government. The election takes place on June 21st. The decision directly affects the candidacy of the former mayor of Boa Vista, Arthur Henrique (PL), who could be left out of the race.
