Kadyrov calls for tougher measures against Ukraine: it may not remain as a state

The President of the Russian Republic of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced at a celebratory event on the occasion of "Russia Day" that Ukraine should cease to exist as a state, and called for tougher measures against it.
