Within the scope of June 12 World Day Against Child Labour, lawyers, young people and children spoke at the meeting titled "Fight against Systematic Child Labor and MESEM". Speakers stated that when MESEM is mentioned, not only education comes to mind, but also children who lost their lives in work-related murders, got stuck in press machines, fell from heights, and died in elevator shafts. They asked for "Child labor to be banned, children's right to education to be guaranteed, and the jobs they can do to be limited."
