In an exclusive interview with France 24, Abdelaziz Rahabi, former Algerian Minister of Communication, discusses the relations which have recently become tense between Algeria and France. For him, “memory does not at all constitute a barrier to relationships”. He adds that Algeria has never asked France to “repent on its past”.
