Between kidnapping accusations and calls for a referendum... Has ignoring the draft constitution prolonged the Libyan crisis?

At a time when local and international efforts are continuing to find a way out of the Libyan political crisis, the issue of the draft constitution has returned to the forefront of discussion again, following criticism directed by the Constituent Assembly for drafting the draft constitution for what it described as “continuing to ignore the completed constitutional path in exchange for focusing on new transitional arrangements.”
