Operation fulfills warrants linked to the PCV faction in Vila Velha Eight temporary arrest warrants were served this Thursday (11), during the fourth phase of Operation Telic, carried out by the Public Ministry (MPES) and the Military Police, in Vila Velha, Greater Vitória. Those being investigated are suspected of being part of a criminal faction involved in drug trafficking and armed attacks ordered by leaders who operated from inside prisons. According to MPES, those investigated are part of the Primeiro Comando de Vitória (PCV) faction, which operates mainly in the Grande Terra Vermelha region, in Vila Velha. According to the Public Ministry, investigations showed that leaders of the faction continued to command criminal activities from within prison units. The orders were transmitted through messages passed on by family members and lawyers and carried out by members who were free. He was approached inside a bus transporting employees from a company in Serra. The warrants were issued by the 7th Criminal Court of Vila Velha. The operation included the participation of military police officers from the Intelligence Center of the MPES Military Advisory, the Military Police Intelligence Service (Sipom/Dint), the 4th Battalion, the 13th Independent Company, the Special Missions Battalion (BME), the Dog Action Battalion (BAC), the Independent Special Operations Company (CIOE) and the Tactical Forces of the 4th and 7th BPM.
